The policy of know your customer is regulated by Law 2 of February 1, 2011. Due to this law ASG Legal Panama S.A. is required to collect certain information from client to whom services are provided such as: the name of the client, general information like: address, phone numbers, emails accounts in order to establish a formal link that generates a commitment.
